Possible Netflix download service for TiVo

There's a post at Hacking Netflix's web site that seems to indicate that a possible new Netflix download service for TiVo, or other PVRs, is about to be launched. Someone has noticed a section on the account info page for "Netflix Player" that links to "Register Player".

This could be a sign of the results of the Netflix and TiVo partnership announcement from September of last year, when they said they would "... jointly develop a product to download movies over the Internet that could mark a revolution in home entertainment". The following is another quote from the story when it broke last year.

TiVo Chief Executive Mike Ramsay said that Netflix would arrange movie licensing from Hollywood studios and TiVo would focus on the product technology. He said the product would not be available this year, but provided no details on an expected launch date.

I see engadget is also talking about this.
